Can this insurance policy be cancelled by IFFCO Tokio?
IFFCO Tokio will not cancel your insurance policy, unless it is a case of misrepresentation, concealment of material fact or fraudulent act of insured.

What is domiciliary hospitalization?
Domiciliary hospitalization refers to the medical treatment that an individual receives at home, which should have otherwise been treated in a hospital but was not due to specific reasons.

Contact our TPA (Third-party administrator) 3 days before admission and quote your health card membership number.
Complete the cashless request form which you can find at the Hospital Insurance Help Desk and get it certified by the doctor.
Fax the cashless request form along with all the supporting medical records to the TPA.
Once the cashless claim is approved by the TPA, the hospital bills will be settled directly with the insurance company.
Does Corona Kavach policy also cover medical check-up expenses?
Yes, Corona Kavach policy covers medical check-up and expenses for COVID-19, but only for positive cases. The hospitalization expenses for ventilators, oxygen, PPE kits, and consultation fees will be covered under this policy too. You can also choose the sum insured from a range between Rs.50,000 to Rs.5,00,000 as per your coverage requirements.
What is the policy tenure for Corona Kavach policy?
