Process to be followed:

  • For planned admissions, intimate at least 48 hours prior to the proposed date of admission.
  • The intimation for availing cashless should be sent on ‘anywherecashless@iffcotokio.co.in’ along with duly filled pre authorization along with the following documents:
    • Pre Auth form should be duly completed and signed by insured person and the hospital, where the treatment is proposed to be undertaken.
      Pre Auth form
    • Patient’s identification documents like Adhaar card, PAN Card etc, confirming identification.
    • Doctor’s prescription advising admission on letterhead along with all relevant treatment records.
    • Letter of consent from the non-network hospital for extending cashless facility.
      Request Letter By Hospital For Empanelment
    • MOU to be signed with the Hospital for availing cashless facility.
      memorandum of understanding (MOU) - This activity shall be undertaken by Networking team of ITGI post receipt of Consent for empanelment from Hospital


Disclaimers :

  • Cashless facility would be available only if the treatment is found admissible under the terms and conditions of the policy
  • Company reserves the right to reject the request for Cashless Facility. If Cashless facility is denied, the Customer may submit the papers on completion of treatment, and admissibility of the claim would be subject to the terms of the Policy.
  • Hospital under Excluded list shall not be considered for cashless as well as reimbursement as per the “Terms and Conditions” of the policy. List of Excluded hospitals may be checked here -
