What is the process to raise a claim for Corona Kavach policy?

Usually, one can visit any of the selected hospitals under this policy and get cashless treatment.

Here’s how the cashless treatment process goes:

  • Contact our TPA (Third-party administrator) 3 days before admission and quote your health card membership number.

  • Complete the cashless request form which you can find at the Hospital Insurance Help Desk and get it certified by the doctor.

  • Fax the cashless request form along with all the supporting medical records to the TPA.

  • Once the cashless claim is approved by the TPA, the hospital bills will be settled directly with the insurance company.
