What is the process to raise a claim for Corona Kavach policy?
Usually, one can visit any of the selected hospitals under this policy and get cashless treatment.
Here’s how the cashless treatment process goes:
Contact our TPA (Third-party administrator) 3 days before admission and quote your health card membership number.
Complete the cashless request form which you can find at the Hospital Insurance Help Desk and get it certified by the doctor.
Fax the cashless request form along with all the supporting medical records to the TPA.
Once the cashless claim is approved by the TPA, the hospital bills will be settled directly with the insurance company.
