Mr. Dileep Sanghani is Nominee Non- Executive Chairman of IFFCO-TOKIO. He is a well- known figure in the Cooperative sector with exceptional experience across agriculture, rural banking, insurance, cooperative governance, public administration and global cooperative diplomacy. He has served four terms in Lok Sabha along with the several cabinet portfolios in the Government of Gujarat. He also serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the board of IFFCO-TOKIO. He is serving as the Chairman of M/s Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO) and as Director on the Board of Indian Potash Ltd. (IPL), Jordan Indian Fertiliser Company LLC and Jordan Phosphate & Mines Company Ltd. He is also serving as Chairman of Gujarat State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd. (GUJCOMASOL), Amreli Jilla Madhyashtha Sahakari Bank Ltd, and National Institute of Rural Banking, Bengaluru. He has also been awarded with several awards and recognitions including Life Time Achievement award at the Ingenious Banking Leadership Summit & Iconic Leaders Award (Goa, December, 2024) and has also been awarded with "Sahakarita Shiromani" Award by KRIBHCO.

Mr. Kichiichiro Yamamoto (Vice Chairman)

Mr. Kichiichiro Yamamoto is the Senior Managing Executive Officer of Tokio Marine Holdings and Senior Managing Director of Tokio Marine & Nichido. Mr. Kichiichiro Yamamoto is also Vice Chairman on the Board of IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance Company Limited. Born on 8th April, 1961, Mr. Kichiichiro Yamamoto had pursued a Bachelor’s Degree From The University of Tokyo in March, 1985 and done his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, in June, 1992 and has been associated with Tokio Marine Group since 1985.

In the past, Mr. Kichiichiro Yamamoto has worked in various capacities in Tokio Marine group including Corporate Planning, International Business Development etc.
