In-House Health Claims Operations 

We require confident, enthusiastic and dynamic personnel in the following domains for our In-House Health Claims Operations like: Enrollment, Cashless Authorization, Networking, Health Claims Processing, Call Center, Customer Relationship Manager or Key Relationship Manager.

  • Seibel Configurator experience of 3+ years. 
  • Oracle EBS with 4+ years of experience in implementation 
  • Documentum Development with 2+ years of experience

This is a process of selecting risks and classifying them according to company policy for their acceptance so that the appropriate rates may be assigned. The process also includes rejection of those risks that do not qualify. 

Our underwriters are a group of technicians trained in evaluating risks and determining rates and coverages for them.


This is a demand made by the insured, or the insured's beneficiary, for payment of the benefits provided by the contract following the occurrence of an insured event.

Our claims department team has its members at the corporate office and CSC spread over seven centres across the country and is responsible for managing and supporting the entire claim settlement function.

Marketing & Sales (Commercial/Retail)

These are the people responsible for the business development and business retention of the organization. 

Our sales and marketing executives have a deep knowledge of the market and believe not just in expanding the business but in focusing on quality business.


Members of the process team ensure that acceptances follow the laid-down procedure before they are converted into policy documents. He or she is responsible for smooth back-end operations.

Finance & Accounts

This team provides support to all financial transactions and accounting. It consists of a team of qualified chartered accountants operating through the various locations.

Human Resources

This is a team putting its efforts for motivated and satisfied employees within the organization. Our team is responsible for recruitment, performance management, training and organizational development.
